I've been meaning to email you but i couldn't for a while as we recently had a typhoon pass through and our office was not operational. Everything is ok now and i'm glad the car came after the typhoon.

I actually picked up the car four days ago. It truly met my expectations. I think even higher than i expected. Wow! Thank you again for your exceptional customer services. All in all, i love the car. I love the seats, the interior, the color, everything. Even the tires, i noticed they were new. And most importantly, it drives great. Arigato gozaimsu!

There was a minor problem though but we have fixed it. When the car arrived, i think during port inspections in palau, the people who inspected the car had oil on their hands so the car had grease marks all over it. It couldn't come off with soap and water so my husband bought some stronger cleaning agents to remove them. So the car looks shiny and new now. Again, thank you very much for everything. I will definitely inform you of future purchases and will also recommend you and your company to my colleagues, family and friends.

Sorry for the late response to your email, but i was on leave since 07/08/09 in preparation to receive my vehicle. I would like to thank you so much for the most excellent service i got from you both in communication and updating in purchasing my vehicle. Indeed it is more than i expected. The vehicle is still in superb condition and i have already done an extra 3500km with it since i took it from beitbridge. I have travelled as far as south africa and botswana with no problems at all, i have note even changed my tyres or had a puncture on the way. I actually think that allocating this vehicle in grade 4 rating was injustice since it is still very new but i will buy the one in grade 5 because it means it will be next to new. In short, i am impressed and happy! Thanks to the capable hands of your services of logistics staff, it was excellent!

I will be sending you our pictures, i am waiting for my husband to come back as he is away and the mpv is a family car so everyone should be around before i send you the photo, i will send it very soon. The web usability is excellent. However i think the clearing agencies are not as efficient as yourselves. They lack communication and it?EEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeefs a bit frustrating especially for first time importers like myself. However now i am clear about all the steps to follow when i decide to buy another vehicle. Otherwise the service from the clearing agent was fair as well. Agasta.Co.Ltd is the best! I already have 4 of my friends that wants to buy from yourselves and i have been busy telling them how to do it all the way. I am proudly and thankful for the vehicle you sold to me, the vehicle is fantastic is good of quality and performance. On the first day i/we drove more than 500kms and the next day drove 600kms it showed a good performance.

A lot of people say buying a car on internet does not make sense. One needs to view and drive the car before buying to appreciate it hence they would rather go personally to south africa and choose what they want.

Pictures on internet are so deceiving but i have proved to people who were discouraging as they have been challedged!!!

I liked the mazda mpv which i bought from agasta company in japan. In africa we live as big families and it has really accommodated my family and even friends.

One most thing that i really appreciate is the good relationship i had with the members of staff from agasta both in japan and in tanzania (re*newcar). They are too good and accommodative. It was never difficult for me to receive my car because they where ever there for me.
In my small town mongu its the only make so far and many people have admired it every time it passes around.
