Sorry for the late response to your email, but i was on leave since 07/08/09 in preparation to receive my vehicle. I would like to thank you so much for the most excellent service i got from you both in communication and updating in purchasing my vehicle. Indeed it is more than i expected. The vehicle is still in superb condition and i have already done an extra 3500km with it since i took it from beitbridge. I have travelled as far as south africa and botswana with no problems at all, i have note even changed my tyres or had a puncture on the way. I actually think that allocating this vehicle in grade 4 rating was injustice since it is still very new but i will buy the one in grade 5 because it means it will be next to new. In short, i am impressed and happy! Thanks to the capable hands of your services of logistics staff, it was excellent!

I will be sending you our pictures, i am waiting for my husband to come back as he is away and the mpv is a family car so everyone should be around before i send you the photo, i will send it very soon. The web usability is excellent. However i think the clearing agencies are not as efficient as yourselves. They lack communication and it?EEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeefs a bit frustrating especially for first time importers like myself. However now i am clear about all the steps to follow when i decide to buy another vehicle. Otherwise the service from the clearing agent was fair as well. Agasta.Co.Ltd is the best! I already have 4 of my friends that wants to buy from yourselves and i have been busy telling them how to do it all the way.
