    I'm okay and the vehicle is very much in good condition. However, maybe due to being exposed to sun for a long time, the front window screen rubber; the rubber that holds the screen was rotten and has completely fallen off.

    Regarding the rubber, it is probably due to sun exposure. However it can be easily replaced.
