Q6Do you have any representative(s) outside of Japan?
A6

At the moment we only operate from our office in Tokyo, Japan.

Q7Why do Japanese people trade their cars in so early?
A7

Many Japanese drivers love technology and cannot wait to change their cars for the newest model. Most models undergo changes in shape and style over the years, as technology progresses.

Another reason is that the registration system here in Japan is quite expensive, at an average cost of US$1,200 per year. After 9 years it does not become worth the cost to register such a vehicle. Therefore, many Japanese drivers prefer to change their cars to new models.

Q8Why is mileage(KM) so low?
A8

There are very few parking spaces in Japan, therefore many Japanese people do not commute by car, but rather take the train or bus.
Besides, the train system in Japan is so efficient you can set your watch by the train's timetable.
Since many Japanese employees work late, there is not much chance to drive their vehicles during the weekdays. That leaves only the weekends to enjoy driving. The average Japanese car travels approximately only 8,000km per year.
