PicknBuy24.com recommends vehicles with a vehicle's condition grading of between 6 and 4. (Drivable as is!)

Seatbelt Year (Year on the seatbelt) means manufactured year of the seatbelt itself, which may differ from the year of manufacture of the car.
However, authorities of some countries determine manufactured year of the car according to the seatbelt year.
