well what I really liked most about your service is that you were easily accessible and every time I contacted you usually got back to me and that made it so easy for me to buy the car from your company
What was good about your vehicle quality?
actually this is amused me most I really got a good car it was looking as good as it appeared on the internet and was mechanically good as well so I was happy I spent my money well I couldnt get a good car here in uganda for that amount now my wife only goes to the garage for service only
What did I think about your logistics team and document delivery?
I got all the documents in time before the arrival of the car and am also happy that you were always contacting me until I got everything regarding my car was really good service I didnt expect

oh yes at first I was really afraid of buying a vehicle from the internet because I wasnt really sure some of these companies were genuine am sure many people out there would like to buy from japan but they are afraid of taking the risk but one day as I was talking to my teamate from Zimbabwe he told me he had tried it out and got his vehicle so I also decided to try it out but I dont regret and from now on I will be buying from picknbuy.
Would I be happy to introduce my friends or family to you?how can I convince them to trust you?
oh yeah I would be very happy to introduce my friends and family to your company and if I get some money back it would really be a pleasure actually I have already introduced my brother and my sister and some of my friends I have always told them about how I managed to get my car and the kind of service I recieved from the time I made the payment till I finally got my car and they all like it because it looks good am really very happy to have dealt with you especially ms Tomoko you have been so good to us and we would like to continue working with you.
