Ministry of Industry and Trade of Malawi, Director of Trade, Mr. Harrison Mandindi was in Japan to attand TICAD (Tokyo International Conference on African Development), which was held in Yokohama, Japan.
Mr. Mandindi kindly visited our office in Tokyo.
We were so excited to have him in our office, and it is our honor to introduce his true letter as a representative of Malawi. We are also proud of getting a chance to support his vehicle purchase for his lovely daughter, Ms. Anita Mandindi.

On 2nd June, 2008, I ordered a Toyota Starlet, 1300cc from AGASTA Co. Ltd, while on visit to AGASTA Co. Ltd offices in Tokyo, Japan.
I met Ms Tomoko Takiguchi, who introduced me to the range of products on sale to overseas customers and to her superiors.
I paid the money through a corresponding bank in Malawi. The vehicle was dispatched through the port of Dar es Salaam within a record period of time, immediately after receipt of the money.
The vehicle was collected from the port of Dar es Salaam after receiving the export documents ( invoice and bill of lading). The documents reached me in good time before the arrival of the vehicle at the port of Dar es Salaam.
AGASTA''s customer service is excellent. My personal relationship with Ms Tomoko was always assuring . She followed up the order at every stage of delivery and always briefed me, until the vehicle reached Malawi.
The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition, according to specification ( colour, low mileage and with accessories, including radio and cd player, and a spare tyre.
I particularly appreciated the prompt delivery of the vehicle, the follow up of the order, the after-delivery service and the continued customer relationship.

I shall soon place another order for a bigger vehicle, possibly a 4-wheel Toyota Prado, or Cama (JEEP).
I shall also introduce Ms Tomoko to other prospective buyers, mostly big farmers, from February when we start selling our main cash crops, including tobacco, on Malawi Auction. I shall be able to convince them to trust AGASTA Co. Ltd for the following reasons: personal testimony of my visit to your offices; personal relationship with Ms Tomoko; and the quality and time of delivery of the vehicles sold by your company, using my car as example.
You could consider selling me a vehicle at complimentary price, as a token of appreciation for introducing other customers to your company.
