Yes, I have already received my car. I received it on the 1st of September at Beitbridge, Zimbabwean border that’s is when I took that photo with my husband behind. I can safely say your service is excellent. Even your logistics guys they are superb. The whole process was extra fast. I had thought that it will take at most 3 months but to my surprise it took only 6 weeks( the whole process). The vehicle is in good condition. All the things were in order. I have heard people complaining about the battery, about tyres but not with me everything the vehicle had when you shipped it was intact. Thank you so much . we are enjoying .Thats the only photo I have of the vehicle so far.

Sorry for the late response to your email, but I was on leave since 07/08/09 in preparation to receive my vehicle. I would like to thank you so much for the most excellent service I got from you both in communication and updating in purchasing my vehicle. Indeed it is more than I expected. The vehicle is still in superb condition and I have already done an extra 3500km with it since I took it from Beitbridge. I have travelled as far as South Africa and Botswana with no problems at all, I have note even changed my tyres or had a puncture on the way. I actually think that allocating this vehicle in Grade 4 rating was injustice since it is still very NEW but I will buy the one in Grade 5 because it means it will be next to new. In short, I am impressed and happy! Thanks to the capable hands of your services of logistics staff, it was excellent!

I will be sending you our pictures, I am waiting for my husband to come back as he is away and the MPV is a family car so everyone should be around before I send you the photo, I will send it very soon. The web usability is excellent. However I think the clearing agencies are not as efficient as yourselves. They lack communication and it’s a bit frustrating especially for first time importers like myself. However now I am clear about all the steps to follow when I decide to buy another vehicle. Otherwise the service from the clearing agent was fair as well. AGASTA.CO.LTD is the BEST! I already have 4 of my friends that wants to buy from yourselves and I have been busy telling them how to do it all the way.
