Step.1 Order

Order a car from Vehicle information screen as directed below

• Search and order your car from PicknBuy24.com.
• Your proforma invoice will be sent to your registered address by email,
  you can also retrieve your invoice from display.
• Print out your invoice.

(Your contact details will be used to send you necessary email and documents for purchasing)

Step.2 Contact clearing agent

Contact to local clearing agent, and ask about customs clearance
*note …You need clearing fee except CIF price on your invoice.

When you contact with local clearing agent, ask about local charges as below.
• Cost of Wharf age
• Local duty for clearing
• Inland transport fee (if necessary)
• Other charges if applicable (e.g. inspection fee etc....)

Step.3 Payment

Transfer the total amount on your proforma invoice from bank.

• Go to the bank with your invoice.
• Send the payment to the account(AGASTA) below.
  *note...The transfer fee will be charged by remitting Bank when you send the money to us. 
• Confirm your money remittance by sending the Telegraphic Transfer copy by email or fax.
• Once we confirm your payment, we will send you Confirmation of Payment by email.

Step.4 Shipment

Booking and documentation will be made by us.

• Booking will be arranged by AGASTA CO., LTD.
• Our logistics team will send you "Booking notice" by email as soon as shipping schedule is fixed.
• "Notice for Shipment" will be sent after the departure of the vessel by email.
• Documents below will be sent before the arrival of the vessel by courier.
  (Depending on the country, those document will be sent by email)

• Customs Invoice :

  This invoice is used by your local customs department to assess the value of your vehicle.

• Bill of Lading :

  It is required at the port of destination in order to receive your vehicle from the port.

  May be required depending on your country's regulation.

Step.5 Customs clearance

Consult with your local clearing agent

• Contact with local clearing agent, request for customs clearance.
• Clearing agent will do all of necessary procedure.
• Final arrival notice from your clearing agent.

• Customs Invoice :

  This invoice is used by your local customs department to assess the value of your vehicle.

• Bill of Lading :

  It is required at the port of destination when in order to receive your vehicle from the port.

• Other documents :

  Indicated by clearing agent and may be required depending on your country's regulation.

Step.6 Receive and Register

Receive and register your car.

• Receive your car at place you choose.
• Register your car according to your country's regulation.
